The Challenge
Walk-in businesses like salons and clinics rely on physical queues or phone call-ins, with no live way for customers to see their position or get notified when it's their turn.
Our Approach
The team designed the zero-login guest flow first: customers join a queue by scanning a link, tracked live, with no app download or account needed, before layering business-side tools on top.
The Solution
A guest-facing queue experience covering business landing, service and staff selection, live queue-position tracking over real-time listeners, a 'you're called' moment, and a post-visit review step, backed entirely by Firebase.
