The Challenge

During the early lockdown, people needed a place to ask COVID-related questions, share local business and trade needs, and get real answers from their community, not just official broadcast information.

Our Approach

The team built a lightweight community board where anyone could register, post a query or local trade need, and have others respond or upvote it, alongside static FAQ and news pages for official information.

The Solution

A community platform with user registration, a query board with answers and upvoting, a local trade and business feed, a feedback channel, and FAQ, news and terms pages.

Key Features

  • User registration & accounts
  • Community query board with answers
  • Upvoting on open queries
  • Local trade & business feed
  • Feedback channel
  • FAQ, news & terms pages

Outcome

One of the earliest projects in WebZinny's founding team's journey, and a foundation for how the team approaches community-driven products today.
